How much is Writer, and does my discount renew?
Writer list prices are $499 for 25K, $999 for 50K and $2,999 for 100K. The automatic 60% discount makes the monthly evaluation prices $199.60, $399.60 and $1,199.60. One eligible code may improve the discount up to 80%, making them $99.80, $199.80 and $599.80. Discounts do not stack. Your final monthly checkout price is locked for that evaluation subscription and repeats on its renewals, even if the public sale or code later changes. No funded subscription, activation fee, bulk discount, Dial Boost or bonus account applies.
Can I buy options on Writer?
Yes. Writer allows buying and selling options, including long calls and puts, debit and credit spreads, and uncovered option sales on supported contracts. Stock positions, futures, VIX-family options and non-standard deliverables are not supported.
Does buying instead of selling change the Writer profit rule?
The same risk adjustment applies to buying and selling. All net profits stay in your trading balance, but only eligible profit counts toward passing and payouts. A completed profitable round earns its net profit minus its risk adjustment, with a minimum credit of zero. A net losing round reduces eligible profit by its full loss. Some profitable trades can earn no eligible credit.
What is a completed round?
A round starts when you open a position from a flat account and ends when every position is closed. All positions, legs, additions and partial closes are combined. Its eligible profit or loss is recorded on the New York date it finishes. Closing one leg or holding a round across several days does not create several earning days.
Can I qualify in five days?
Five positive eligible-profit completion days is the minimum in both evaluation and each funded payout cycle. Your largest eligible-profit day must be no more than 20% of the net eligible profit in that phase or cycle. Negative days reduce the net total. Uneven results can require more than five days. Evaluation also requires the 6% eligible-profit target.
Is the 80% split based on all my trading profit?
Writer pays 80% of the approved gross withdrawal of eligible profit. The withdrawal is also limited to 50% of remaining raw account profit, the plan cap, settled cash and account safety checks. All net trading profits can grow your trading balance; profits that did not earn eligible credit are not later released as eligible profit.
Does my loss floor stop at the starting balance?
No. The end-of-day loss floor keeps trailing, including when funded, while the dollar loss allowance stays fixed. Payouts and reversals are handled without counting the cash movement as trading profit or loss. Breaching the maximum loss limit fails the account; reaching the daily loss limit pauses trading until the next trading day.
When does Writer billing stop?
The evaluation is billed monthly until funded activation, evaluation failure or cancellation under the billing terms. A healthy renewal does not reset progress. There is no activation fee or funded subscription, no automatic replacement evaluation and no lifetime payout cap. A new evaluation after failure is a separate purchase.
