Most programs make you wait for somebody else's purchase before you see a cent. Here every conversation pays on the day you have it, and every partner you bring in pays you again, every month, for as long as they keep producing. Both rates climb with the same number: the revenue your partners have generated.

A rung needs both: the lifetime revenue your partners have produced, and a live monthly run rate. Nobody is demoted for a slow week, and nobody keeps the top rate on a book they stopped tending. Rate changes are forward only: crossing a tier never re-rates what you have already been paid, and nothing you have earned is ever recalculated downward.
Paid per message, daily
Every credited first contact on X, Instagram and TikTok pays, on the day you make it, whether or not that person ever books. Your daily list runs to 120 researched prospects on the busiest channel, each with an opener written for you.
Discord, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Reddit pay nothing per message and 1.5x on the partner bonus instead. You cannot cold message a stranger on most of them, and paying per message there would pay you to do the one thing that gets the account banned. One good server owner is the whole month.
Your revenue share, 2% to 8%
On the net revenue from every purchase your partners generate, for as long as they keep generating it. It is paid out of the company's share and takes nothing away from the partner.
It is not a monthly reset and not a race. The rate you hold is the rate your book has earned, and it keeps applying to everything your partners produce from that point on.
The hourly, before anybody buys anything
A message takes about 20 seconds.
That is $27.00 to $68.40 an hour.
We hand you the prospect and we write the opener. Your job is to make it sound like you and send it, which is about 20 seconds of work, so roughly 180 messages an hour. None of this is contingent on a reply, a booked call, or a sale. It is paid for the work, the day you do it.

A full day here is 160 messages, which is the list we hand you plus a few refills, and about 53 minutes of actual sending. A month is 20 of those days. This is the message pay on its own: the partner bonus and the revenue share below are separate, and they are where the real money is.
What a day is actually worth

We hand you a fresh list every day, sized to what the platform will actually tolerate. Every first contact you make from it, with proof attached, is credited and paid that day. So the daily figure is simply your rate times the size of your list, and it does not depend on anyone replying, booking, or buying.

The lower number in each pair is Starter, the higher is Partner. These are per-message rates: what you earn in a day depends on how many messages you send, and the next section is about how to send more of them.

These pay nothing per message on purpose, and it is not a saving. You cannot cold message a stranger on most of them: Discord needs a shared server, YouTube has no DMs at all, LinkedIn caps invitations weekly rather than daily, and Reddit shadowbans low-karma accounts that DM. Paying per message here would pay people to mass-DM servers, which is the fastest way to lose the account, the invite, and the firm's name with the exact community owners we are trying to recruit. So the whole weight sits on the close, at 1.5x the bonus and a higher cap. The lists are short because a dozen real conversations is a full day here.

It pays in stages as your partner crosses each rung, so finding one real earner is worth many times finding a dud. We priced this on follower count once. The only two we ever paid that way inverted: the smaller account produced eighteen times more and earned a third as much. So we stopped.

There is no cap on how many we will give you
Your day starts with 80 researched prospects. Work through 70% of them and a button appears that hands you 20 more, and you can press it as many times as you like. There is no daily ceiling and you do not have to ask anyone. The only thing standing between you and a bigger day is finishing the list you are already holding, which is deliberate: it means inventory goes to whoever is actually working it.

One honest limit: the prospect pool is shared by the whole team and refills on its own, so a pull can occasionally come back empty and you try again later. Working a second platform does not get you a bigger list either, because it is one merged list rather than one per channel. What it does is change who is on it, so your list matches the accounts you actually have. You are also expected to bring your own finds, and while those do not earn the per-message rate, they earn the partner bonus and your revenue share in full when they sign.
The part that actually makes the money
Nobody ever leaves your book. It only gets bigger.
Sign a partner once and they are yours. You do not re-pitch them, you do not renew them, and nobody on the team can take them. You earn your share of everything they sell, every month, for as long as they keep selling, and you keep earning it while you are asleep and while you are working on the next one.
It stacks
Month one you earn from the partners you signed in month one. Month twelve you earn from all twelve months of them at once, and you did most of that work already.
It raises your rate
What your partners produce is the same number that moves you up the ladder, so their sales raise your share on every other partner you have and your per-message rate on every message you send next.
It does not reset
Your book is lifetime, not monthly. It never zeroes out at the start of a month, and a rate you have reached is never taken back off work you already did.

Partner counts are the rung's threshold divided by $3,908, which is what an outreach-sourced partner has produced on average for us so far. A single big partner can be worth twenty ordinary ones, so these are a guide to the shape of the climb rather than a quota.

That is $350 from one partner at the bottom of the ladder and $650 at the top, on top of the message pay you had already banked, and it is not a one-off: your share keeps paying for as long as they keep producing, and their revenue is also what moves you up the ladder for everyone else you have signed. A partner who goes on to produce $100,000 carries the bonus to $2,000 and your share with it. These are the published rates applied to one example, not a projection of what you will earn.

These are the published rates applied to stated assumptions, not a prediction and not typical earnings. Change any assumption and the answer changes. Most of this is outside your control and some people will earn nothing at all: what you actually make depends on your outreach, your channels, and whether the people you find go on to sell anything.

Do I earn anything before somebody buys?
Yes, and that is the point of the model. Every credited first contact on X, Instagram and TikTok pays you $0.15 to $0.38 on the day you do it, whether or not that person ever books. You do not have to wait through a six-step funnel to see your first dollar.
What counts as a contact I get paid for?
A first message to a person on the list we assigned you that day, with the proof we ask for attached. One payment per prospect, ever, so working the same person again is not paid twice. Why does the rate change depending on the platform?
Because the platforms are not variations on one job, they are different jobs. Instagram will deliver 120 first messages a day from a warmed account and the work genuinely is the messages. Discord will not let you message a stranger unless you share a server, YouTube has no DMs at all, and LinkedIn caps invitations weekly. So volume channels pay per contact and relationship channels pay 1.5x on the close with a higher cap, sized so that landing one good community owner is worth about what a month of cold DMs is worth.
What is the catch on the message pay?
It only pays for prospects on the list we assign you, once per prospect ever, with proof attached. Until one of your partners makes their first sale, message pay is capped at $700 total, and it lifts permanently the moment that happens. If your replies dry up completely we pause message pay until they come back, because a message nobody answers is not outreach. Nothing you have already earned is ever taken back.
Why do Discord, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Reddit pay nothing per message?
Because paying per message there would pay you to do the thing that destroys the channel. You cannot cold-DM a stranger on most of them, and mass-messaging a Discord gets the account banned and our name blacklisted by the exact owners we want. Those channels pay on the close instead, at 1.5x the partner bonus, so one good server owner is worth more than a month of cold DMs.
What is my cut of what they sell?
2% from your very first sale, on top of the message pay you have already been earning. Build the book and it climbs to 8%.
How do I move up a tier?
Two things have to be true at once: the lifetime revenue your partners have produced, and a live monthly run rate showing they are still producing. That is deliberate. Book alone would pay someone the top rate forever on a book they stopped tending, and a monthly target alone would punish you for one slow week.
If I climb a tier, do I get the new rate on old sales?
No, and that is on purpose. Rate changes are forward only: the new rate applies to everything from that point on, and nothing already paid is recalculated in either direction. A ladder that re-rates the past can be gamed by timing when sales land, and that is not a game we want anyone playing instead of working.
How does the partner bonus work?
On what the partner actually produces, not on how many followers they had. It starts at $25 on their first sale and climbs to $2,000 as they cross each revenue rung, so one real earner is worth many times one that goes quiet. We priced it on follower count once; the only two we ever paid that way inverted, so we stopped.
When does the money actually reach me?
Message pay and partner bonuses clear a 7-day hold, and your revenue share clears 15 days, then it is yours to request. Payouts need a $100 balance and run once every 30 days. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission they created.
Do I need a big audience?
No. Some of the strongest members do direct outreach with no audience at all. You need drive and consistency; we supply the prospects, the playbook, and the tools.
Is this a job or an affiliate link?

What happens after the fifty seats fill?
