The ladder starts where most programs top out
5% from your first dollar. Your tier is evaluated on your month-end total, and it applies to the entire month: when the month closes, everything you produced is automatically trued up to the highest band you reached, first dollar included.

Every time Options Funding sets a new monthly revenue record, a team bonus pool unlocks and gets split three ways: 70% goes to this team, 20% to support, and 10% to leadership. What does my rate start at?
5%, from your first dollar. There is no earning-your-way-to-a-real-rate period. Produce more in a month and the ladder takes you to 10%.
Do I need a big audience?
No. Some of the strongest members do direct outreach with no audience at all. You need drive and consistency; we supply the prospects, the playbook, and the tools.
How does the monthly true-up work?
Your rate is tiered against the total revenue your partnerships generate each month, and the tier you reach applies to the whole month, first dollar included. Finish higher and everything is trued up automatically.
Is this a job or an affiliate link?
Neither. It is a performance-based partner seat: you build relationships with creators and trading communities, we handle the product, the platform, and the payouts.
What happens after the fifty seats fill?
Applications close for good. The cohort is capped at fifty, permanently.
