Affiliate Acquisition Program Terms

1. What this is

These terms govern your participation in the Options Funding Affiliate Acquisition Program. You accepted them when you submitted your application, and they apply for as long as you take part in the program.

Options Funding LLC is a Wyoming company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "the Company" mean Options Funding LLC, and "you" means the person who accepted these terms.

2. You are an independent contractor

You take part as an independent contractor. You are not an employee, partner, agent or joint venturer of the Company. Nothing here creates an employment relationship of any kind.

You control your own hours, methods and equipment. You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn, and we do not withhold taxes for you. Where the law requires it, we will report amounts paid to you and may need your tax details before we can pay you.

You may not sign contracts, incur costs, make promises, or hold yourself out as speaking for the Company.

3. What you do

You reach out to potential affiliates on your own social accounts and invite the ones who are interested to book a call using the booking link we give you. Our team runs the calls. You are not required to attend them.

You are not required to hit any quota, and we are not required to provide any particular number of prospects.

4. How you are paid

You are paid from three separate pots: activity pay for the outreach itself, a signing bounty for each affiliate you bring in, and an override commission on what those affiliates go on to generate. The current rates for all three are published on the program page and in your dashboard.

Activity pay. Each credited first contact you make pays a per-contact rate that rises with the revenue your affiliates have generated. A contact is credited only if the prospect was on the list we assigned you, you have not already been paid for that prospect, and you attach the proof we ask for. Until an affiliate attributed to you makes their first sale, total activity pay is capped at $700; that cap lifts permanently once it happens. Some channels pay nothing per contact and pay a higher signing bounty instead, and which channels those are is published with the rates. We may pause the per-contact rate, prospectively, if the replies your outreach produces fall too low to support it or if we cannot corroborate the work; a pause never reverses anything you have already earned.

Signing bounty. Each affiliate attributed to you earns you a bounty priced on the revenue that affiliate actually produces, paid in stages as they cross each published rung, up to $2,000 per affiliate before any channel multiplier or cap. It is earned on their sales, not on their signup.

Override commission. You earn an override on the net revenue from qualifying purchases made by affiliates our records attribute to you, for as long as they keep producing. Your rate is tiered, and reaching a tier requires both the lifetime revenue your affiliates have produced and a live monthly run rate showing they are still producing. Rate changes are forward-looking only: reaching a higher tier applies the new rate to purchases recorded from that point on and does not recalculate anything already earned, and a fall in your run rate does not reduce anything already earned either.

Holds. Activity pay and signing bounties clear a 7 day hold, and override commission clears a 15 day hold, before becoming available to request. Refunds, chargebacks and reversed sales reverse the commission and bounty they created, and a negative balance carries forward against future earnings.

Payouts. You are paid in arrears after you request a payout, once your identity and payment details are on file. A request needs an available balance of at least $100 and can be made once every 30 days. We review each request before sending it.

Bonuses, prize draws, trips, and milestone pools are discretionary program incentives under the terms published to members at the time. We can change or end them going forward at any time.

We can change any of these rates and rungs going forward by publishing new ones. A change never reduces anything already earned or already approved.

Nothing here is a promise of any amount of income. What you earn depends entirely on results, and it may be nothing.

5. Attribution and records

Our tracking, attribution and transaction records determine which affiliates are attributed to you and what commission is owed, unless you show a clear and material error with evidence.

Commission applies only to affiliates our records attribute to you. It does not apply to the Company's own direct sales or to affiliates attributed to someone else.

6. How you must behave

Be honest. Never promise anyone a specific amount of money, never guarantee results, and never describe someone as a partner before they have agreed to be one.

Do not use bots, mass-DM tools, purchased accounts, or any automated sending. Do not scrape member lists. Follow the rules of every platform you use.

Do not impersonate the Company or any other person, do not create accounts pretending to be us, and do not advertise in communities where advertising is not allowed.

Do not contact anyone who has asked you to stop, and do not offer discounts, rebates or payments out of your own pocket to induce a signup.

Breaking these rules can cost you unpaid commission and your place in the program.

7. Confidentiality

Prospect lists, member data, internal numbers, playbooks and anything else we share with you that is not public are confidential. Use them only for the program, do not share them, and stop using them if you leave.

Never share the personal details of a customer, an affiliate, or another member with anyone outside the Company.

8. Ending it

Either of us can end your participation at any time, for any reason, with notice in writing (email counts).

When it ends, no new commission accrues on purchases recorded after that date, even from affiliates attributed to you. Commission that was already approved before that date is still paid, subject to the same holds and reversals.

We can suspend your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have broken section 6.

9. Changes

We can change these terms going forward. If we change anything substantive we will publish a new version and ask you to accept it. Changes never reduce commission that has already been approved.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
